A student of the Hero’s Journey, Darelyn “DJ” Mitsch has lived with one foot in the world of Spirit and one firmly planted in the world of Business – with a quiet mission to blend these often disparate worlds when coaching leaders around the globe. As an entrepreneur, DJ is focused on integral leadership, blending ancient wisdom with new technologies to more significantly engage teams for extraordinary results. In 1994 DJ founded the Pyramid Resource Group, the first corporate coaching company in the US with her partner, Barry Mitsch.Recognized as a thought leader in the coaching profession DJ was one of the first 25 business coaches in the United States to earn a Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
